TOP 5 WORST DRESSED FOOTBALL PLAYERS

Football players keep surprising us both on and off the pitch. Their private lives are becoming more public, although it is also true that they have something to do about it, and one of the outcomes is we all get to know the player better.

Football players keep surprising us both on and off the pitch. Their private lives are becoming more public, although it is also true that they have something to do about it, and one of the outcomes is we all get to know the player better.

I recently saw a photo of Dani Alves that left me speechless. It was not due to a play during a match but because of his style outside the football pitch. I understand that every person´s fashion style is personal, but this is getting to a point where the objective does not seem to be looking decent in public but to stand out in any way possible.
This is why we have made a list of the TOP 5 worst dressed football players.

1. Dani Alves

The FC Barcelona player leads the list with a couple of terrible looks. The first one combines a red blazer (with the sleeves rolled up), with short jeans that seem to have been painted by his kids. On the second one, he is wearing an orange blazer, combined with a hat and a pair of orange sandals that match his blazer. He could be on a catwalk in Paris…

2. Sergio Ramos

He has been surprising us during several years with his outfits. We have seen him looking great but we have also seen him wearing some extravagant pieces of clothing. Long hair with an all-white suit, or looking like a hipster. The Real Madrid captain has a unique style.

3. Cristiano Ronaldo

The Portuguese star does not like to go unnoticed either. The difference when compared to other players is that CR7´s intention is to look elegant and he stands out because of dressing up very stylish. I will not be the one to judge…

4. Leo Messi

I was not going to forget about the best player in the world! Truth is, Leo does not make the list because of his every day looks but for the outfits he wears at every gala or social event. His favourite one is the Ballon D´Or ceremony, where he stands out even if he does not win.

5. Paul Pogba

We end the list with a player whose future is to become a football star once Cristiano and Messi step out of the spotlight. He has made it into this TOP 5 thanks to the outfit he wore to the Ballon D´Or gala and other looks he has shown in public. Also it is important to mention his hairstyle, because we could create a TOP 10 just with that.

Sincerely sometimes taking a risk may mean losing at the end. I honestly think that all of these players would have looked better wearing jeans and a cool US360 t-shirt like Iago Herrerín, Sandra Paños, Esther Sullastres, or Ignacio Camacho.
